Biography: Zhong Zhang received the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the University of Texas at Arlington, USA. Now, he is a Professor with Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin, China. He has published about 120 articles in international journals and conferences such as the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, Pattern Recognition, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, IEEE Transactions on Circuits Systems Video Technology, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, Signal Processing (Elsevier), IEEE Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR), and AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI). His research interests include computer vision, and deep learning. He is also a Senior member of IEEE.

Biography: Lei Zhang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Microelectronics and Communication Engineering, Chongqing University. He also serves as Director of the Chongqing Key Laboratory of "Biosensing andMultimodal Intelligent Information Processing" and Leader of the "Visual Intelligence and Learning" Team at Chongqing University.
His academic honors include being a National High-Level Young Talent, a recipient of the 3rd Hong Kong Scholar Program funded by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, a winner of the Chongqing Outstanding Youth Science Fund, and a fellow of the Chongqing High-Level Talent Special Support Program. He is listed in both the "Lifetime Scientific Impact" and "Annual Scientific Impact" rankings of the Top 2% of World's Scientists released by Stanford University.

Biography: Jianping Gou received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2012. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with The University of Sydney. Now, he is currently a professor and doctoral Supervisor in College of Computer and Information Science, College of Software, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. His current research interests are artificial intelligence, pattern recognition and machine learning. His research has resulted in more than 140 publications on top-tier journals and conferences, including several best paper awards such as ACAIT and ISAIR best paper awards. He served as a Section Editor of Recent Advances in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, a Guest Editor of Mathematics, a Guest Editor of Frontiers in Physics, and Editorial Board of Mathematics. He is also a Senior member of IEEE, a Senior member of both CCF, and a Senior member of CSIG.
